(II) Group Medical Scheme
Liberty provides tailor-made group medical schemes for employees or associates.
In addition to the traditional Group Medical Scheme, we have developed various products
in response to your special needs for the staff benefits. Ranging from a simple basic hospital
cover to a wide variety of benefit features like outpatient, network of panel doctors,
maternity, dental, top-up, annual check-up or even voluntary dependent cover.
Basic Plan
Group Hospital & Surgical Benefit
This covers the hospital bills for room & board, various diagnostic laboratory test, operating
theatre and the surgeon's fee. Surgical fee incurred at doctor's clinic or emergency treatment
in casualty ward are also covered.

Administration and Claims Services
Conditions
1. A company registered in Hong Kong SAR with 5 employees and above could be eligible.
However, we are still able to insure a smaller group with a minimum annual premium.
2. The Basic Coverage is Group Hospital & Surgical Insurance(GHS). Outpatient, Maternity, etc
may be extended by additional premiums.
3. The premium rate(s) will be calculated according to the insurance amount, age, sex of
proposed employees. Once implemented, the premium rate(s) will be valid for one year.
4. The benefit payment of all coverages mentioned above shall be governed by terms, conditions,
limitations and exclusions as stipulated in Master Policy documents and supplementary riders,
if any.
